Must meet all Ministry of Helps general requirements

Must be a member of Word of Faith for at least 6 months

Must be available to serve during youth services and events

Must enjoy working with youth in grades 6-12

Must be at least 25 years of age

PROCESS TO BECOME A YOUTH MINISTRY TEAM LEADER

Fill out a “Ministry of Helps Brochure” here: https://www.wordoffaith.cc/volunteer-form

The youth pastor's office will contact you to schedule a meeting with the youth pastor. The youth pastor will have you fill out a helps application and background check

Observe 3 youth services/ events

Read the entire Team Leader Manual, which you will receive from the youth pastors office.

Following your meeting, if the Youth Pastor is in agreement with your desire to serve as a team leader & once your background check has been cleared:

  • You will be added to the official Team Leader roster

  • You will receive an authorization form that will allow you to take your Ministry of Helps Badge picture

  • You will be trained during youth service for the first several weeks in the various team leader roles and positions
